"Located in "A" Toorak this north facing town house is nearly thirty years old and whilst the land is irregular in shape it still offers good land content for this type of property. With some careful renovation you could bring the property up to current living expectations or you may leave it in its current state for some time yet. One further option may be to remove the wall between the kitchen and the dining room. This would improve flexibility and with the installation of a new kitchen you would see a significant improvement in property.The properties size would suit a family with young children, professional couple, downsizer or investor all looking for something unique.The property has views of the Gardiner Valley however, the freeway and railway line can be seen also. I rated noise an average as I did not find the noise to be particularly invasive. The garage has been converted into another bedroom and depending on personal requirements could easily be returned back to its original use. The property allows easy access to public transport and if you ride into the CBD the bike track is only meters away. Toorak village with all its shops and cafes is also an attraction along with a variety of schooling options.
