"The street itself carries some traffic and is a little bit awkward to obtain a park. When you walk into the house it has a family feel about it, but little space outdoors. Could suit empty nesters as all on one level. The front living room is spacious. Bedrooms sizes are average; the laundry is a bit confusing tucked away at the back. Close to schools and the heart beat of Elsternwick. All in all you could easy move right in, although it may not suit everyone needs due to lack of outdoor space and below average flow."
