"This is one of the best cutting edge, modern family homes you will see. I look at hundreds of homes per month, visit scores and buy 3 to 4. I would only see a handful of this quality per year. Hard to fault, I couldn't even take points off for no downstairs bedroom as it has a lift. Wrote an article on this property in our Market News/Auction Reports 11th October. It's as good as it gets if this is your cup of tea. If you do have $5m+ you will need to have a strategy that involves others."
