Comments on 25 Constance Street HAWTHORN EAST

This is prime land in a very popular location, fronting on to Anderson's Park. Aside from the position, other key pluses are the northern rear aspect (ideal for access to natural light into the rear yard and informal living areas) and its position on the hill  - the house sits up nice and proud from the street. I also quite like the block width, which will afford options. Although the house is very liveable, many would look to rebuild, and this offers an excellent opportunity to do so. Come auction day the winning buyer may have to fight hard. Rated for Land Characteristics only.
