BUYER TESTIMONIAL

I felt that he was very honourable in advising me of this, rather than just serving his own interests. James Buyers acted on my behalf as a Buyer’s Advocate to purchase a high-end property in October, 2011. Mal James was at all times professional and did a lot of research pre-auction on this property. Unfortunately, I was the under-bidder, as ...

Mal 's Comments on 24 Yarra Street, HAWTHORN
"High quality build of which you would see many of in Balwyn; but this is Hawthorn and the river precinct at that so it is an unusual offering for the locale. Really from a floorplan and flow point of view it is hard to fault and the northern light is let in well along an east west aspect. Plenty of quality bathrooms in act plenty of quality. The two points I struggle with are long term capital growth when the WOW wears off - but they may not be important if you are a senior. But that same senior would surely struggle with the number of steps. There are steps everywhere and even the young at heart won't need a gym membership. Nice home in an unusual position for what it is with an obvious market but limited by a step issue. I'm not clear as to what the final result will bring."

Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
