Car garaging is prized, yet it does take up some of the backyard area. This is ripe for a renaovation (STCA), so could you over capitalize? That depends on what you pay, but the short answer is probably not. A good finished build is $2m plus in this market. Many will like the street. It has great width, limited traffic through it is not far from Camberwell Junction, and the train station is just down the road. With a good renvation this could rate into the 800's.
