24 Hartwood is an attractive, strong-looking brick home surrounded by properties with equal street appeal. The accommodation and living spaces are ample, and as they are north-facing, both the indoor and outdoor areas are nice and sunny. I did however find that the property lacked good flow, as the addition to the rear has relocated the kitchen in the centre of the building, blocking the major thoroughfare from one end to the other. One challenge for prospective buyers may be finding street parking during the mid-week, due to the overflow from the busy High Street commercial precinct nearby. The land size and location both underpin good real estate investing, and this home covers these two critical components.
