Went through this home last time it was on the market and little has changed - which is almost universally a good thing.

This simply is one of the best single fronters of its type going around. The question we would ask is a personal one - space wise - is the width ok? By the way  - for what it is - it is normal width.

Everything else about this home is first class - from parking through to finishes through to location.

It's a real bachelor or spinster's pad (that's not politically correct these days?) -  or for a professional couple or those needing a lock and leave abode.

Yes it has four bedrooms - but for children you would need to sacrifice one bedroom to have a second living space.

It appears built to a high standard (STBI) and its location (if you like that) is central to many things from train/ tram to a huge array of shops to walk along the Yarra into the city (if you're fit) to eclectic Richmond to go against the traffic if you have a child at a private school and freeway is convenient
