BUYER TESTIMONIAL

It was the first time we had purchased commercial property, and we greatly appreciated your guidance, frank and straightforward explanation of the processes involved and especially your patience in both dealing with us and also real estate agents acting f We looked at a number of properties, with your guidance and assistance. Simone 's Comments on 239 Gore Street, FITZROY
"This property is effectively a warehouse shell which has been converted into an office. Although zoned Residential the property does have existing use rights and thus may be converted into a purpose built office. The property is a larger than average allotment in Fitzroy and has a multi street frontage - thus providing good utility. The exposed brick work, timber ceilings and large timber beams within the warehouse appear in sounds condition and could provide attractive features for the end product. Good site and quality location - no doubt will be desirable to major renovators and developers.  "

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
