Land size and position are the key pluses to this property, and the way the land falls gently down to the northwest is quite good and the light into rear informal areas is good. The house itself has it's shortcomings (small bedrooms and bathroom areas) yet possibly some internal changes or extension work could address this. Carport is detached and does dominate at the front also, which is not ideal. That all said this is a ready-made family home close to great private schools and this should find a buyer ok at the right price point.
