2011 Best Auction Photo - I see Red: The Hocking Stuart boys - Andrew Stuart, David Wood and Michael Coen - bring a glimmer of colour to an otherwise dreary Melbourne day on July 30th. 20 Barrett St, Albert Park had no bidders but was bought after auction for $2,200,000. Mal 's Comments on 23 Cosham Street, BRIGHTON
"An awful lot to like about this home - position to beach and in one of Brighton's best streets Good land size and north facing rear for light; however that is still the not the real attraction - it's the home. Classic 1960's feel and style from the façade all the way throughout the home with top quality fittings and a floor plan that for me works very well. One of my favourite homes this year."

Adam 's Comments on 23 Cosham Street, BRIGHTON
"Great Modernist house, which has been updated well. Kitchen on the first floor and towards the front may not work for everybody here and there is no garage. North facing rear, good land size in a fantastic street are the real pluses. "

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
