"Great Modernist house, which has been updated well. Kitchen on the first floor and towards the front may not work for everybody here and there is no garage. North facing rear, good land size in a fantastic street are the real pluses."

"An awful lot to like about this home - position to beach and in one of Brighton's best streets Good land size and north facing rear for light; however that is still the not the real attraction - it's the home. Classic 1960's feel and style from the façade all the way throughout the home with top quality fittings and a floor plan that for me works very well. One of my favourite homes this year."
