BUYER TESTIMONIAL
Mal and his team are all about making sensible, well thought out decisions using their intricate knowledge of the real estate market and how the buying process works and dealing with all the tricks agents use that we would have no idea about. They are diligent, patient, incredibly thorough and willing to put in as much time as it takes to get you the right home. Mal 's Comments on 23 Chaucer Crescent, CANTERBURY
"This is a goodie, a bit tired, not perfect, but a goodie. Big, north facing rear with tennis court in one of Canterbury's best streets is hard to driveby without some investigation. It sits proud on the street and has an imposing façade. Inside is dated but the bones are there and the floor plan actually works for me - the size of the home can handle the quirkiness - the kitchen, dining room, living room, rear yard interrelationships are dynamic even though it all looks as I said a little tired. Let downs - the master bedroom - ensuite is start again for me - needs a rethink; garaging and you get some Canterbury road noise when on the tennis court. Overall this will require extra cash on top of what in this market should be towards $4m on land alone. I like it."
