"One of the streets in Kew - with some big period sales both Edwardian and 1960's in recent times. This is a very good precinct. Rated as requiring serious renovation - so no rating on building other than to say the bones are good at the front and the back needs a complete rebuild - eg towards a $1/2 million reno. Rear car access is a bonus.
