"Great central location, easy access to Black Rock & Beaumaris shops. Still walking distance to beach. If needing train for work, may not be for you. Very liveable in the short term, but would benefit from major renovation or replacement. There is no relationship between the living rooms and the rear garden. The property rates in the low 600's as land only and a well designed home would further improve the rating."
