"

Renovated original double-fronted timber home, which for me felt very much like a beach home in the burbs.  No ensuite or car garaging could be among concerns here from buyer’s perspective, and this would probably best suit a downsizing couple.  Outlook to the peppercorn tree and the block width for me were  the pluses to this property. Position is good, although the street is narrow close proximity to Auburn Village and Rocket Park is very good."
