This is a larger home with plenty of living spaces and bedrooms for families. However, while the land size of around 460sqm is average for the precinct, it is small compared to other areas of Brighton and the yard is limited to an outdoor dining area only. The home may appeal to buyers in the townhouse market as an alternative to the traditional townhouse but with the same lock-and-leave features. While all the bedrooms are currently upstairs, there is a full bathroom downstairs and for downsizers there may be the possibility of reconfiguring to allow for a larger main bedroom on the ground floor in the future if desired. The home currently attracts great northern light into the living areas. However, the home on the northern boundary is older and may well be extended/renovated down the track, which could impact on this property. The neighbours to the southern boundary may also be a concern, as the facade does not blend in with the general streetscape of the area. However this home has been designed to face the north and has limited windows overlooking the property to the south. For families with younger children, the limited outdoor space may be a concern. However, Whyte St Reserve is a short stroll away if children are wanting to burn some extra energy.  As well, the Were Street coffee shops and local IGA are just around the corner and, with Church Street shops, restaurants, station and the beach not too much further away, this is a great central location for all combinations - families and couples alike.
