"This period home has great street appeal and located in a wide tree-lined street. The home offers two living areas however, the family room is small by today's standard may be too small for a family with teenagers. The positioning of the laundry in the north west corner restrict the view out into the garden and limits space in what is already a small room. The home has plenty of storage in the roof which is a real positive. Access to Tennyson St shops and transport to the city a real positive."
