"Property is pretty from the street and will continue to WOW on first impressions as one walks through - vendor and agent really deserve credit here for the presentation. Some buyers on closer inspection may be a little underwhelmed by the smallish size of the informal living area and the fact that the master bedroom does not connect directly to the robe and ensuite area - steps/stairs to the rear are also a little tricky. Externally there is no one big paved area for a large table and the rear pool is small. Bellett Street  is an unusual one for Camberwell - leafy and close ot the Junction but it is a little narrow and it has a mixed bag of housing styles. "
