"Smaller land at 221 sold for over $7000 per sqm including Bidderman at 3 over $4m late last year. North rear, great views, rear access to ...... and a hot agent in Lisa Jarrett of Abercromby's marketing it suggest that $5m is almost a given; after that your guess is as good as mine. I do believe these blocks are Melbourne's equivalent to gold bars. Sea, CBD, Freeway to Airport/Country and Culture - if you could stop the cars it would be absolute heaven."
