This has pretty much everything you want inside in a family home - although perhaps the floorplan is a little clumsy. The rear living works; it has a good connection to outer yard, is bright and breezy, and well positioned for child supervision. The laundry and kitchen are all into together is the modern way.  The staircase lets the grandeur down though, and upstairs is a workmanlike presentation of kids' bedrooms. There is no garage but there is space for one, assuming the council allows. Overall, as the score states, this is a good honest period home in need of a little sparkle.
