"This property has real WOW and it is thoughfully designed and finished. Well located with Victoria Gardens behind this should really hit the mark with the Prahran demographic. The play of materials is interesting and well conceived. Difficult to fault, if anything given it is on the south side of the duplex pair then the rear of the house will be will be challenged for natural light, particularly in the morning hours - having said that evening sun will be fairly well captured. Very much worth a look - if you want to live in a house for the now and big ticket items are your go then this could be for you."
