By Richmond standards this is a good-sized period property. And with its second-storey extension, there is enough accommodation for a young couple about to start a family or already with children. I particularly like the way the property has been renovated. Despite being done four years ago, it still looks stylish and in good order. Family buyers may be concerned about the lack of grass in the courtyard for children to play on. For me that's the price you pay if you want an inner city home.  The property still has reasonable light, despite its southerly orientation, due to its corner location and the family room's orientation to the west. Buyers will have no doubts about this property's location and the bonus off-street car parking. The big question will be, with land worth around $3,500 per square metre, what is the value of the home?
