"Very well renovated single level period home, on good land size within a quiet cul-de-sac.  The rear open plan living area is very impressive with real WOW (tall ceilings, corner butt glazing, clever separation) and connects well to the backyard. Fitout is also impressive, and the combination of bedrooms, living areas and bathrooms would well suit a younger or growing family.  Among concerns from a buyer's perspective could be no covered car parking (although this could be achieved on the western side of the house), southern rear aspect (although north light is brought in quite cleverly in to the rear open plan areas) and internal steps. This part of Camberwell is not A-grade, but is very much a quieter one and is within walking distance of Hartwell Primary and Lynden Park."
