BUYER TESTIMONIAL

Kristen, you have been unfailing and so professional in helping us through the process and never, for a second, showed signs of giving up. Adam, we have really appreciated your honesty. It really helped us. Learning when to say no to seems more important than what to say yes, and you helped us figure that out. Thanks for finding the extra time to give us your valued opinions too. ...

Adam 's Comments on 2/9 Heyington Place, TOORAK
"When does an upper level  apartment become a penthouse? Or does it matter? This upper level large apartment ( with an elevator) is one of two apartments on Heyington. It has plenty of space and good light from it's northerly corner position. Accommodation is largely open plan, with the living, dining and kitchen all occupying the front of the apartment which leads on to a balcony. Two bedrooms ( with ensuites) and a living room or study completes the first level. Upstairs there is another room, which could serve as a study or third bedroom - but currently there is direct access from the stairs, so there is no privacy. In the basement there is ample storage and a four to five car garage. It presents as a very high quality light filled quiet apartment - even though there is some school traffic on the street."

Explanations & Disclaimers
Bought* - Indicates property has been bought. We are a buyer rating company and a buyer advocate company only, and we use the word bought instead of sold to give the website a buyer flavour. We do not buy all the properties listed on this website, therefore we often rely on an advertised price or the selling agent to indicate the bought price and occasionally the result may be inaccurate.
