"A neat, single-level smaller house with a spacious feel, perfect for an older local couple downsizing. Main pluses - no internal steps, good bedroom separation and northern positioning of living areas and courtyard (ideal for access to natural light). Being toward the rear, the property has no street presence, and this could be the biggest concern for some - yet security is good. In addition close proximity to Barkers Road could be an issue in terms of exposure to road noise, yet living areas are directed away from this. Although in good, original order the property would benefit from a cosmetic update and changes to the landscaping would also be beneficial. One would think at this price point there would be good competition here, this is a good, functional property.  "
