"This well positioned large apartment has great views from the living areas which also include a patio with views across the Yarra River. Unfortunately you also get some car noise from Alexandra Ave. It is well finished and flows well. Bedrooms are of a decent size ( with ensuites) and a separate study adds some elbow room. The living areas are well served by a moden kitchen with all fixtures being first classs. A lift opening into the apartment from the garage is a welcome addition. Hard to fault in design or convenience. It has previously been well leased (over $7000 pm) but is now up for auction."
