"This is all about location - one of the streets in Golden Mile Brighton. But to be frank, after that it disappoints for a $4m+ ask. It has some brand name appliances and the floorplan works plus there is a lift and good garaging but there is no WOW for me - when there should have been some at this price level, in this location. The handrails are a bit of 4by2, the bedrooms are borderline for size and the hallway upon entering feels like a corridor not an entry to excitement. A little more imagination and this home could have sparkled - which in some ways is a positive for the ultimate buyer as this apartment, which is on the north side of the east/west orientation may, with a clever interior designer, go from plain to classy.  "
