
Our rating from Feb 2012 - There is a lot to like about this little home, starting with its position: it is South Yarra, so it's close to everything. Rockley is not the suburb's best street due to the flats but it's hard to beat for being close to everything, and No. 2 is right next to the park. This is a modern, smaller, low-rise, with six in the block. It is very well designed for the modern single, couple, or smaller family and it could well suit older couples because there is both a lift and secure parking. The home is over three levels, with downstairs for living, the middle for sleeping (both bedrooms with ensuites), and the top for guests or contemplating. It has nice park views and a useable courtyard, although it is south-facing. An excellent lock-and-leave.
