"Positioned in "A" Toorak this property offers good floor plan flexibility with most rooms in right position. What may improve the properties appeal is to change the current living/dining room into the family room. This would then give you an improved connection to the large northerly court yard. You would then turn the family/meals area into an informal dining room. The quality of the property is very good although it may benefit from a repaint and new carpet, just to sharpen the look even further. Security into the apartment and the two car basement car park is excellent and will appeal to many. An added bonus is the lock up storage room in the basement, large enough to handle awkward items every household has. Families with young children or downsizers will find this property appealing with its lift and close proximity to Toorak Village, the tram in Toorak Road and many of Melbourne's best private schools."
