"This is a bit of a surprise package. A ground floor mansion apartment with doors opening to a shared garden, but as the garden is located immediately outside the living room and there are no other apartments which would have easy access to it, the residents of this apartment will have it to themselves for most of the time. The bedrooms , while not large, are perfectly adequate and the design and size of the bathrooms make up for any shortcomings. The kitchen is well positioned and designed while a study completes the accommodation of this well placed apartment. Fortunately the outlook is to Marne street, so the garages, located with access from Toorak Road, serve as a buffer to the noise on Toorak Road."
