"In this development of 28 apartments in a convenient street in South Yarra six apartments are still for sale - with asking prices ranging from $955,000 to $1,360.000. Generally they have been quite well finished and have terraces and carparking available. The terraces range from 10 -40% of the apartment size. Sale prices have ranged from $7000 - $10500 per square metre with an average of about $8500 psm. The terraces add a lot to the quality of living but the major constraint appears to be the availabilty of only one lift among the 28 apartments."
