This is a little ripper if it goes anywhere near the quoted price due to land size and potential - what else can you get for that amount.

Its very livable now and it's a chop and box out the rear as the next step AND you'd need to work some magic (STCA) around the crossover as there is currently no car access.

On land alone, its in the quote AND it's a feel good home - if you are prepared to do some work - then buy it.

Really like this for those on a budget who are prepared to rough it a little for a better long term buy.
