Classic Golden Mile Beachfront Address - the big question is - Is this worth more than the $10,000 per sqm that has been achieved 3 times in the last year or less? For me this is the best of the best Golden Mile - better views eg the beach and marina and better locale eg closer to church st, the baths  and so on. These blocks sell irrespective of the market and this will sell well come Auction day at around $6,000,000 or more.
