"When I first entered this property I was a little taken back as to what confronted me, I wasn't quite sure what I was expecting as the front was nice and tidy and probably didn't give me any idea as to what to expect. What I did fine was a magnificent open plan, flowing into a large patio and garden, what some might say is the perfect party home. That aside the adjoining houses are all of a similar style and of a similar condition. Ease of access to Chadstone, parks and major roads make for a strong case to buy on this nothing to spend property."
