Comments on 2 Hillside Avenue GLEN IRIS (Stonnington)

Great family home, which has a very functional floor plan and great bedroom separation. Flow is good, rooms well-proportioned and the way light is brought in via the stairwell and highlight glazing to the second storey is very clever. Internally some finishes and fixtures are a little dated, yet this could be easily changed and the garden for some might enclose the house yet this could be cut-back in places to make way for a larger outdoor dining area and /or pool. Complementing the house perfectly is the position - Hillside is a quiet cul-de-sac which is leafy and well placed off Finch Street and close to Wattletree Road and Central Park. Properties are tightly held in this street, and probably for good reason. Would expect good competition for this.
