This is a very well-renovated and extended timber double-fronted Victorian home. The internal and external presentation are excellent and, more importantly, the floorplan is very functional and flexible. It would be possible for a whole family to sleep on the first floor when the children are young, and then, when they are older, the parents could move to the main bedroom downstairs. The generous garaging is a major plus. In terms of space, the backyard is merely okay, but it could be softened with some grass if need be. The street itself will be the biggest question mark for buyers, as it is close to Canterbury Road and carries some foot and car traffic from the Canterbury Girls’ Secondary College nearby.
