"Great sized block of land overlooking the Royal Melbourne Golf Club. Located centrally between Beaumaris and Black Rock provides many different routes of access to and from the property. This is great when needing to avoid congestion at busy shopping times etc.
South facing rear an issue here, although the wider than average block provides room for a well designed home to access light.
If reliant on public transport, Beaumaris is not great. There are buses to Sandringham, Cheltenham and Mentone stations and Southland shops, however, there are no stations within short walking distance. Many locals think this is actually a positive - not a negative.
A good block to determine where 2010 buyers see current land values."
