"A large newer home in a good Glen Iris location, if you don't mind the close proximity to Toorak Road. Floor plan is functional and it does offer good flexibility for modern living - good to see the ground floor bedroom. Property to northern boundary does overwhelm this a bit and another concern may be that the potential for this to date."
