"The all round summer entertainer. A great family home with many bedroom options - and each with it's own bathroom (almost). Certainly would save on the children's arguments which usually arise with shared bathrooms!
Position works well - although Brighton East, still within walking distance to Church Street shops and beaches as well as some of Bayside's best schools.
The fantastic open plan kitchen family room and alfresco area provides a great entertaining decked area. The pool (also decked) is an extension of the this area and is visible from the kitchen - ideal for parents of young children.
The downstairs bathroom/bedroom options is a great addition. Ideal for guests or those unable to use stairs.
The modern facade may not appeal to everyone and has the potential to date over time.
Otherwise, not much that hasn't been thought of in this house. Should do well at auction."
