An enjoyable property to visit this one, and the buyer will enjoy living here, one suspects. It has a happy feel which emanates largely from a thoughtful, responsive design. While the block is south facing , light is brought in to the house in clever ways (ie internal courtyards, well placed glass) and upon arrival one's eye is drawn down the deep block to the solitary, mature gum tree at the end of the yard. You want to visit this tree (I know I did) and when you finally arrive there the bush inspired landscaping it is part of is tranquil and just reward for the extended walk. While not a new house, it has dated quite well and will continue to, as there is no tackiness. In general, rooms are well proportioned and located. For some the straight run stairs could be a little daunting and the first floor may lack another bedroom and/or living space. Position is good here (close to schools, Tooronga village and M1 freeway) and chances are a family enrolled in Bialik nearby would buy this.
