"A home of quality in terms of its finishes and proportions but in a difficult location. Yes it's Golden Mile and close to the beach but it borders St Kilda st and this will limit it's appeal. Floorplan is really good upstairs, however no downstairs bedrooom perhaps rules out the older of the generations and while the size and quality was there I personally felt it lacked a little soul - but hime is where the heart is and when furnished and lived in that feeling could well disappate. So if the location does not trouble you, then you may well be able to purchase quiet an elegant townhouse at a below normal Golden Mile Brighton price."
