"This home was built in the early 90's and is a little dated yet would come up well with a cosmetic renovation. North facing rear is a plus and brings good light to the kitchen, meals area, study etc. Upstairs the master bedroom is a great size with the two other bedrooms a little bit smaller. Floor plan works quite well and has good flow. Church Street does carry traffic but when you look at the overall picture this would suit well an older couple downsizing who want to be close to all of the action of Brighton.
