Comments on 192 Church Street BRIGHTON

192 Church St is a home of two halves - the front half is classic period living - good proportions, period features, feeling and flow. The rear half is the modern opposite - no flow, steps, it just doesn't work. So you have a brilliant location being a few hundred metres from everything Church St - shops, rail and cinemas. You have a large block with good rear access, albeit the block is south facing to the rear which present light challenges and you have a home that has the start but needs the finish to be a truly great home. It can be done but we are not talking a makeover - we are talking heavy duty mental and financial efforts. So in the end it's not a no brainer but it far from a basket case either.
