Comments on 19 Wilks Avenue MALVERN

Basic 1950s Toorak style home - these styles do prove to be a little popular in this area only

  • Not the best entrance to a home - needs a lot of thought at some stage
  • Kitchen and staircase in wrong spot - that's my biggest issue
  • No direct access to house from carpark
  • No overlay, so builders may be interested - positive as it is set forward
  • I like the backyard
  • The more I look at this the more I think this can seriously work if the entrance issue was solvable - this could be an interesting home
  • Upstairs needs a makeover but it actually works very well - master retreat

Good Entry Level to this area - which is very much "Tooraky-Malvern" establishment.
