This property oozes grace and charm.  It has well proportioned rooms living rooms and plenty of them, all with fantastic views to the beautifully manicured gardens.  Car access from the side street with undercover entry inside is a positive and is something not often seen in homes from this era.  The main bedroom and ensuite is situated downstairs, while the remaining bedrooms are upstairs.  The size and shape of two of the three rooms upstairs are a little small/awkward and could be a negative for some, but if looking for a family home with classic WOW, in Brighton's "diamond K", this property is hard to pass.
