This low-maintenance townhouse is in a great location and has a very workable floorplan. With two well-separated living areas, a small courtyard and three bedrooms upstairs, the spaces are good, but may be better suited to professional couples or downsizers than families. Some buyers could also be concerned about the lack of a bedroom/bathroom combination downstairs. This is a property that is full of great lifestyle options: easy walking to the beach, shops, restaurants, cinema and station. 46a Sussex Street, which offered a comparable lifestyle opportunity, sold recently in the low $2 millions. That one had similar room spaces but was predominantly single level, with a basement garage on roughly the same land size.
