"Really like it - Great street presence and classic feel through all of the house. Lets get the negatives out of the way. Stairs -too many of them - but this is not a fault of the owner, it was how they were built when they were built. Position - this quality home is better than its surroundings - this is a Grace Park quality house but it 's not there. So what to like about this old but looking young Victorian - well almost everything. The renovations are recent and very classy and different. You have a choice of themed bathrooms and the kitchen, family and entertainment areas to the rear of the home are well above the norm. The front more formal rooms have been returned to state they would have been at in the grand times they were built Back yard is to the side and sheltered and works in well with house - a new owner may choose to bring the garden "in" even more. Bedrooms are spacious. City views. Pricing - well who knows for sure - if Kay and Burton get it wrong it will sit there; but their price suggestions are not without basis if you consider what a few unrenovateds sold for in the surrounding streets (eg Brook) just before the market really turned better for buyers. It's a tricky one - great house - average possie - top end price request (which is warranted). Time will tell."
