A high quality period reproduction style home which has excellent living room and bedroom separation whihc is well suited to an older family. The sense of space as you enter the house is impressive, and the finish overall is first-rate. Some may find the master bedroom is a little weak - being on the south side of the house (and with windows close to the fence) it does feel dark. That said this package is hard to fault and a key to its success is the site orientation - living areas to the rear enjoy north-western (or afternoon) sun which is becoming increasingly more popular with buyers.
