"This house has been immaculately renovated, with all the bells and whistles; beautiful formal living and dining rooms, and a large open plan kitchen/family area which still manages to receive a good amount of natural light, considering the rear of the property faces south.
The swimming pool has a window built into the shell of it, so that when you are in the cellar you look straight into the pool!
The children have their own floor upstairs, with a huge rumpus room that has views to the tops of the city sky scrapers.
Some may be a little concerned that the garage doesn't have direct access to the house and is positioned in the rear garden, but with electric front gates security shouldn't be a problem.
And to top it all off, the Beach is is only 6 houses from the front door. What more could you ask for?"
