Bound by the significance of Inter-war homes developed in the Gascoigne Estate this home presents as a major renovation. The excellent position will not be lost on buyers: Central park, tram, shops and picturesque tree-lined street.

The property itself has good frontage and this is reflected in the rear where it feels private and space ample for a range of future possibilities.

Internal aspects will need to be addressed for a new family to stay for tens of years to come. The flow is interrupted by a passage running North/South across the middle of the home making movement a bit tricky. Perhaps this can be improved by taking the entrance through to the back. Light is restricted throughout the middle part of the home, something skylights could go a way to addressing. The floor plan will require some good advice before manipulating to any great extent or extending (STCA); it currently feels short a good-sized bedroom as at least two are pushed off to the periphery and are on the smaller size, as well the kitchen is not ideally situated.

Much to do, yet very solid fundamentals with regards to position and block. Thinking creatively about internal concerns could be worthwhile.
